Return & Exchange Policies

In case you change your mind and want to exchange the purchased items from our website Al-Farooq Build Mart due to certain reason, you can contact on our customer support number and inform about changes. The replacement and exchange of any product will be valid only up to 03 days from its purchasing.

If you purchase the product and comes faulty at your door step, we will offer an exchange or repair as appropriate.

1. RETURN

At Al-Farooq Build Mart we do have Return policy. The product can also be replaced or exchanged in any case.

Please make sure you carry its confirmation email of online receipt or sale invoice as a proof.

2. EXCHANGE

If you want to alter or exchange your product purchased according to your preferences, you can call or email us and let us know about your exchange details within 03 days of placing order.

As a proof of purchase please make sure you do have its confirmation email receipt or sale invoice.
The goods will be exchanged and delivered within 8 to 10 working days.

3. FAULTY PRODUCTS

In case you purchased a faulty product or may got damaged at the time of delivery, it will be exchanged or repaired depending upon your preferences and situation.

Let us know about the faulty product within a day or two through email or call and we shall make arrangements to deliver the service on earliest. For more detail you can contact us!
